Our most popular Strawberry Shortcake returns in a festive Christmas design as the “Noel Blanc Strawberry Shortcake.”
This Japanese-style shortcake features light, fluffy sponge layers with fresh strawberries and soft whipped cream, finished with elegant white chocolate décor. Perfect for holiday gatherings, it brings a touch of seasonal charm to any celebration.

Buche de noel chocolate – $50 + Tax – 6 inch

The Bûche de Noël Blanc is a refined holiday roll cake that highlights the harmony of chocolate and banana.
A soft chocolate sponge is rolled with chocolate cream, caramel cream, and fresh banana, creating a moist and flavorful interior.
The exterior is finished with smooth chocolate cream and layered with thin sheets of bittersweet chocolate, giving the cake the rustic elegance of a traditional Yule log.
A beautiful balance of deep chocolate notes and natural banana sweetness makes this cake a sophisticated choice for the holiday season.

Layers of matcha mousse, fresh cream, and chestnut Mont Blanc cream sit atop a delicate tart base,

イタリア産栗を贅沢に使った、クリスマス限定のモンブランケーキ。
タルト生地の上に抹茶ムース、生クリーム、モンブランクリームを重ね、メレンゲで立体的に組み上げた、軽やかでリッチな味わいが特徴です。タルトには赤ワインで煮たいちじくを忍ばせ、奥行きのある風味と上品な甘さを加えました。

This holiday treat features our classic chocolate brownie made with walnuts and raisins, paired with a coffee-infused crème brûlée for a rich and layered flavor.
Finished with Santa and reindeer chocolate décor, it’s a cheerful centerpiece perfect for celebrating the season.

ソリの形に焼き上げたクッキーの中に、当店で人気のブラウニーを詰め込んだクリスマス限定スイーツ。
定番のクルミとレーズンのチョコレートブラウニーに、コーヒー風味のクレームブリュレを合わせた奥行きのある味わいのケーキです。
サンタとトナカイのチョコレートをあしらい、ホリデーシーズンを彩る華やかな一品に仕上げました。

Santa Claus Cake – $60 + Tax

The Santa Claus Cake features a smooth white chocolate mousse infused with Kusmi Tea, paired with a tangy berry cream for a refined balance of sweetness and acidity.
Made with premium Kusmi Tea from the historic French tea house, the mousse offers an elegant aroma that elevates the overall flavor experience. The mousse has a satisfying richness, while the layer of berry jam adds a bright, fruity accent. A festive and elegant dessert that berry lovers will especially enjoy.
Kusmi Tea used in this cake is also available for purchase in-store.

サンタクロースケーキは、クスミティーを使用したなめらかなホワイトチョコレートムースに、甘酸っぱいベリークリームを合わせた、上品な味わいのクリスマスケーキです。
歴史あるフランスのティーハウスが手がけるクスミティーを使用することで、香り高くエレガントな風味に仕上がっています。濃厚で満足感のあるムースに、ベリージャムの明るい酸味がアクセントを添え、ベリー好きの方にもおすすめの華やかな一品です。

Sapin de Noel with special box – $100 + Tax

The Sapin de Noël features a beautifully crafted chocolate tree as its centerpiece, creating a striking and festive presentation.
This Christmas-exclusive cake is composed of French 70% cacao chocolate mousse layered with hazelnut　suprême, lilikoi cream, and caramel, all finished with a glossy caramel glaze. Cinnamon pecan nuts add a fragrant and textural accent. The chocolate tree on top is a handcrafted piece of art, meticulously created by our chef.
A refined harmony of rich chocolate, nuts, and bright lilikoi brings a luxurious touch to your holiday celebration.

チョコレートでつくられたリアルなもみの木が印象的な、クリスマス限定チョコレートケーキ。
フランス産70％カカオのチョコレートムースをベースに、ヘーゼルナッツのシュプレームとリリコイクリーム、キャラメルを重ね、キャラメルグラサージュで艶やかに仕上げました。シナモンピーカンナッツが香りと食感に心地よいアクセントを添えています。
