Stollen — $16.00

Stollen is a traditional German Christmas bread, known for its dense texture and rich, fruit-filled flavor.
Our Stollen is made with generous amounts of luxurious French Échiré butter, giving it a deep and elegant taste.
Macadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, raisins, and cranberries are slowly soaked in Tuscan red wine and Hawaiian vodka to draw out their natural aroma and richness.
The fruit used in our Stollen is carefully marinated for three months, resulting in a moist texture and beautifully matured flavor.
Its taste deepens day by day, making it a perfect treat—or a thoughtful holiday gift—throughout the season.

Kougelhopf — $15.00

Kougelhopf is a traditional holiday cake from the Alsace region of France.
We prepare our Kougelhopf with plenty of Échiré butter for a tender, elegant flavor.
French dark chocolate, premium French cocoa powder, our house-made white figs marinated in red wine, and fragrant almonds are combined and baked slowly with care.
The result is a richly layered, refined cake with a warm, festive aroma—an ideal French holiday specialty for Christmas.

Panettone — $24.00

Panettone is a traditional Italian Christmas bread, loved for its tall, airy texture and fragrant fruit.
We craft our Panettone using rare natural yeast sourced exclusively from the Lake Como region, combined with Échiré butter for a delicate and luxurious crumb.
Raisins, orange peel, and lemon peel are soaked for one month in Chardonnay, Hawaiian rum, and bourbon, infusing them with deep, complex flavor.
The dough is prepared and fermented slowly over four days, allowing the Lake Como yeast to develop its signature aroma and fullness.
Light, tender, and filled with the vibrant fragrance of fruit, this Panettone offers an authentic taste of an Italian Christmas.

ドイツの伝統的なクリスマスブレッド「シュトーレン」。
当店ではフランス産エシレバターを贅沢に使用し、リッチで深みのある味わいに仕上げました。
マカダミアナッツ、アーモンド、クルミ、レーズン、クランベリーを、イタリア・トスカーナ産赤ワインとハワイ産ウォッカにゆっくりと漬け込み、素材の旨みと香りを最大限に引き出しています。
シュトーレン用のフルーツは3ヶ月かけてじっくりとマリネしたものを使用し、しっとりとした食感と熟成された豊かな風味が味わえます。

フランス・アルザス地方に古くから伝わるクリスマスの伝統菓子「クグロフ」。
当店ではエシレバターを贅沢に使い、しっとりと上品な風味に仕上げました。
フランス産ダークチョコレート、フランス産ココアパウダー、自家製白いちじくの赤ワインマリネ、そして香ばしいアーモンドを合わせ、時間をかけて丁寧に焼き上げています。

イタリア発祥のクリスマスブレッド「パネトーネ」。
当店では、本場イタリア・コモ湖周辺でしか採取できない希少なパネトーネ酵母を使用し、エシレバターを加えて丁寧に仕上げました。
レーズン、オレンジピール、レモンピールはシャルドネ、ハワイ産ラム酒、バーボンにじっくりと漬け込み、1ヶ月間かけてマリネしたものを使用。生地づくりから焼成まで4日間かけてゆっくりと発酵させることで、コモ湖酵母ならではの芳醇な香りと奥深い味わいを引き出しています。
軽やかでふんわりとした口当たりと、フルーツの豊かな香りが広がる、まさに「本場のクリスマス」を味わえる逸品です。
