New Afternoon Tea Reservation Policy:

We’re excited to introduce our updated policy for Weekday Afternoon Tea reservations at The Artisan Loft.
Tea Service: Our 5-course tea service is priced at $59 per person. $5 off Kama’aina discount with proof of Hawaii Residency.
Reservations are mandatory to secure seating. A credit card is required to secure the reservation.

Seating Policy:

If a reservation is made for 4 people but only 3 people attend, we will still charge for 4 people as the reservation was made for that specific number.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a credit card to secure the reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Changes to guest count made less than 1 day in advance may also be subject to a $25 per person.

Important Dining Information:

Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time.

Contact Information:

Ensure your email and phone number are up to date as we may contact you regarding your reservation.

Table Reservations:

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 4 people; and 2 hours for parties of 5+.

Children’s Participation Guidelines:

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have specific guidelines regarding children’s participation in our Afternoon Tea Service.

“Children’s Age Categories:

For children under 9 years old, Admission is complimentary, but please inform us in the reservation notes/comments if there are children under 9 years old in your party who will be occupying a seat. Information is required due to limited seating. Children 10 years old and older; Full participation in our Afternoon Tea Service at the regular price.
Please note that the above guidelines are only enforced for our Afternoon Tea Service.
*Weekend Brunch Service don’t require reservations.
