いつもDEAN&DELUCA HAWAIIをご愛顧いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII限定商品は、DEAN & DELUCA ハワイ店舗、毎週土曜日に開催のカカアコファーマーズマーケットのみでの販売となっており、インターネット通信販売、メールやお電話でのご注文は承っておりませんので予めご了承ください。また、並行輸入販売及び日本販売の公式代理店はございません。

弊社では、模倣品の販売に対して法的措置等の断固とした対応をおこなっていく所存ではございます。お客様におかれましては、誤って弊社ロゴ、商品名等を真似た粗悪な模倣品をご購入されることのないよう充分にご注意いただきますようお願いします。模倣品を使用された事による、不具合の発生につきまして弊社は一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。弊社製品であると思われるものを購入し、信頼性について質問がある場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。

Notice to our Loyal Customers about Imitation and Counterfeit Products:

We thank all of our loyal customers and vendors for their ongoing support. We take this opportunity to update you about a serious concern we have.

DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII has learned that products falsely claiming to be made by DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII or with imitation DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII labels are currently being distributed in many areas around the world. Counterfeit products fall short of DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII quality standards.

DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII products are only sold at our Waikiki Store locations and at Farmers Market in Kakaako every Saturday. DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII does not offer online purchases of our merchandise for shipping. There is no official agency for parallel import sales and Japanese sales.

Please be warned that selling counterfeit products are illegal and punishable by civil and criminal courts according to the trademark, copyright, and intellectual properties laws and regulations. DEAN & DELUCA HAWAII will take proper and severe actions to cease and confiscate these counterfeit products.
