FEATURING MAUI NUI VENISON, BOAR CHICHARRONES, A VARIETY OF CHEESE INCLUDING GOAT CHEESE FROM SWEET LAND FARM HAWAII, PONO PORK HAWAII PROSCIUTTO, SEARED AHI BLOODLINE, PAPAYA CHUTNEY, SOFT GOUDA, PICKLED MUSTARD SEEDS, SESAME LAVASH AND ULU CHIPS.
COINCIDING WITH THE HAWAII CONTEMPORARY ART SUMMIT OHANA DAY COOKING DEMONSTRATION FEATURING CHEF KEVIN CARVALHO THE THESE BOARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE UNTIL THE END OF FEBRUARY.
A PORTION OF PROCEEDS FROM THIS SPECIAL CHARCUTERIE BOARDS WILL BE DONATE TO CHEF HUI, SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO KEEP FARMERS FARMING, CHEF COOKING AND COMMUNITIES EATING.
