Fukuoka Ariake Nori First Harvest Crunchy Rice Bite

This dish consists of small cups made out of Ariake Nori filled with flavored crunchy rice. Each cup is then topped with three different ingredients: Ahi poke, roasted Hon-Shimeji mushrooms, and grilled beef short ribs flavored with garlic and herbs.

The Matcha syrup infuses the ladyfingers with a subtle yet distinct flavor that is both earthy and refreshing. Luscious mascarpone cheese cream is layered between the Matcha-soaked ladyfingers. Its elegant texture and rich flavor make it a perfect complement to the delicate ladyfingers and the nuanced Matcha syrup.
